I filmed a wedding in 1987 and it turned out to be an unsual film indded. The church woul'nt let me film inside not too much hassle then because in those days alot of churches exercised this practice. The usual method to fill the jump in the film was to do an audio recording. I was in the process of checking the portable cassette recorder when I was informed this was not to be..
by the vicar.
The only other option I could think of was.....for me to take the part of the vicar and record it after the event.
I can tell you we started recording at 6pm and did'nt finish until three hours later. Only about 5 minutes was neede but about 2 1/2s on the cutting room floor. I wished the bride would have stopped giggling or was it me............
