Acne?

I have recently shot a wedding and the bride has asked if I can make one of her bridesmaids acne scars look better. The bridesmaid is very self conscious about her skin and I'm eager to do what I can to help.
All I can think of is to diffuse the scenes that she is in, although an improvement it aint brilliant.
I have premiere 6.5, does anyone know of anything I can do to help.

diffuse + slight glow?
2 layers, with FX on top layer, and then lower transparency of top layer.....
