Can TMPGEnc work with DIFF

Can TMPGEnc be made to work with the DIFF file format?
It doesn’t want to look at mine.
I use Prem 5.1c & DVNOW Lite

yes he can,
you must use avisynth with it
go to the site media-video.com to download it
