Cannot reload FF

I am unable to reload my copy of DV Now. At each attempt I get the message:
"There is currently the version 1.5 (0206_B)+SP1 06 of the DV.x software installed on this system. Please remove this software before running this setup program again."

I am unable to find this version to remove it and therefore appear to be stuck. Premiere 6 is already installed. Any help greatly appreciated.

Assume you have already uninstalled the programme so that it no longer appears in the "Add/Remove Programme" list. You will also need to run "regedit" - and delete references under "HK Local user" and "HK Local Machine". This should then allow you to start again. ( have only just seen your enquiry. ) Hope this works for you.

Also remove the devicedrivers for your card this will help also
