Transferred edit to Encore. Does burn to DVD OK. One problem. Menu display time. (Menu from CS6 Library).

On MENU line in the Project panel. Duration is stated as 17 seconds - on the current Encore.

The previous Encore, (deleted to try again as above) Duration was 9 seconds.

These figures arrive on Duration line in the Menu Dialog box automatically. No typing involved.

The time was increased for Duration (Menu dialog box). and Saved.

The Project panel figures remains the same. The burnt disc follows the Project panel time.

When the times (stated above) expire, the colourful Library template is replaced by  black.

The screen still displays all Text, and moving chapter frames as before, but on a none changing black background. .

How can the time for menu display be changed?

Re: CS6 Encore Duration

Tried several library "templates". Duration was always already filled in when they appeared in the Encore window. Deleted all .

Started again with a new "Template" from library.. No trouble at all burning DVD's. The duration complied with what I had typed.

That was fine. Problem resolved.

Now tried to burn a Blu-ray disc, Selected blu-ray in drop-down menus in the Build dialog panel.  Selected button to check project. No problems were found,

Disc burning looked normal.  The top "Thermometer" started 'Building motion Menus".The lower "Thermometer" was rendering menu "PAL_Fishing Submenu 2"

When lower "Thermometer" had completed - it started "Transcoding Sequence 01 A/Baltic.prproj." After about  55 minutes a message dialog box appeared, - headed Adobe Encore .

Message  was as follows:(exactly as written).

Blu-ray Object: "<Button>PAL_Fishing Submenu/return to main menu" ,Error; "invalid format" Code "14:",, Note:"0x00010402 - invalid resolution;

graphics must be at least 8 pixels, but no more than 4096 pixels in height and width,  (spec 9.14.4.2.2.2,1.1.1.) Then an OK button.

Is anyone able to decipher this and advise a solution please.

So far I have been told that Blu-ray requires it's own individal Encore. I have never before had to do that. Changing the Build screen  data has sufficed. Blu-ray discs have been burnt without any problems.

Re: CS6 Encore Duration

Problems all solved with delete of all tries and a new Encore.
