DIF and AVI Formats.

While capturing DIF format is compatiable
to Adobe Premiere and AVI is compatiable to
ULead Media Studio.

Is there any difference in quality between
DIF and AVI ?

Can I open AVI format in Adobe Premiere ?

you can convert .dif to avi using http://members.chello.hu/mezei.attila/dvtools/index.html

the page explains the difference between the file types.
