DV Now lite

Tried Pinnacle Studio DV and got numerous crashes of system P111500MHZ 128 MbSDRam &ATI 8MB AGP Play video. I think DV lite with Premiere LE would be OK from what I have read. 2 queries
a) would anybody expect problems running programme on above setup
b) I am having difficulty in finding a local dealer (Nottingham area) or can anyone suggest good mail order source

Try Multimedia Direct or Siren technologies.
I cant remember who I got mine from . It is an excellent bit of kit. I use mine with a canon XL1 camera, and the results are awesome

I've been using fast dv now lite for one week and only one big crash occured (2 seconds whithout timecode...). It seems that FDVnowLite doesn't like no timecoded tape.

My configuration is Celeron 400, 192 Mo, 20 Go Maxtor (in Udma 33 mode).

I'm only a beginner but fast dv is easy to use for newbies whereas premiere 5.1 Le seems more difficult. That's my first feeling.
