hi i'm on windows me and i need to re install dv now lite again. it wont let me uninstall it cause it says im not on win 98 or 2k. what can i do?

The easiest way to uninstall DV.now product is to do as follows
Go to Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add/Remove Programs Then double click on the Fast Dazzle Dv.now product that you are using and follow the instructions
Usually, removing the software from Add/Remove Programs will be sufficient, but in some cases it is necessary to remove it from the registry as well.
Go into Start, then Run, then type in Regedit and click OK.
This should open the Registry Editor.
Go into HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then Software and delete 'FAST Multimedia' or 'FAST-Dazzle' (whichever one is listed). Be very careful not to delete anything else in the Registry Editor because it could have disastrous consequences for your computer.
Close the Registry Editor and try to reinstall the software again.

i mean thats how i've been trying to uninstall. you should set up a box with with windows me on and try uninstalling it... it doesn't work.
i've also been having so much trouble with the card. as you can probably see from all my posts over the last few months.
i'm now believe that its my firewire cable thats not working properly, do you know where i can purchase another one? thanks sponegg.
