I've been thinking about getting someone like Jessops to do some online printing for me.
Do any of you lot use such a facility and if you do, who?
Who would you recommend and who would you avoid?

I'm not looking for super dupper high tec pro images.
My wife is shutter happy and I am simply trying to lighten my work load so costs are an issue.

Cheers.

Try Aldi,
Seriously! apparantly they use Fuji crystal archive paper and their prints are top notch. Download their print software and they send the prints through the post. :)

Aldi look good Branny and I am already a great fan of their photo paper.
Like the look of their album offers too.

Cheers.

I have used http://www.photobox.co.uk/ for a3 and similar sized prints.
Exceedingly impressed , as were the recipients of the photos.

I'd second Photobox, but also Snapfish are pretty good.

Dearer than Aldi though.

What really caught my eye was the poster prints. An 18" x 12" is £6.19 from Photobox but only £1.45 from Aldi.

Cheers.

I haven't used Aldi personally Fergie, but I know togs that have and the paper quality usually swings it as well as the great prices. I have used photobox a couple of years ago, for a fun album though, and wasn't that impressed.
