Hi Mike
I wish I had the answer as I too have that problem. I video with a Z1E and an EX3 and it is the footage from the EX3 that gives this same problem, even worse than that shown in your clip. No glitches from the Z1E Footage. In an attempt to alleviate this "stuttering" I have found the disabling all anti-virus software helps a wee bit but doesn't completely solve it. My footage plays fine in Premiere CS6 and also when playing back in Encore CS6. It only rears its ugly head when rendered and burned to DVD. Hope someone has the answer.

I'm wondering Harry, if it is a CPU / Memory problem. Perhaps something was running in the background, an update perhaps, and this caused the compression to have error's.
Hi Mike
I would rule out the CPU/memory as the problem(s). I think a Quad Core & 16GB RAM should be enough to run OK. My personal opinion is with the Encore's encoding and if I had the time would like to burn the same project to a DVD using another piece of software such as Sony's Vegas.

Just filmed another communion. Edited as usual with dynamic link to Encore, and all is ok.
Only thing I can think of is I may have left a browser page open with either outlook or Facebook
running in background, so may have taken up some resources, resulting in encoding errors.
Guess it's safer to shut everything down before using Encore.
