SATA cooling

Have PC with IDE hard drives that were easy to add extra cooling to. However in a newer PC with two SATA drives close together and enclosed with "easy install rails" it is difficult for the air to get in let alone place a fan above, below or between them. Any bright thoughts before a bit of metalwork to rehouse one of them.

there are slim 'coolers' to add to harddrives ......

have one drive ( top with bum and fan facing upwards ) and other ( bottom , with fans blowing air down .....

that way both are taking air away from electronics side of drives .......
