Sennheiser K6 ME66 hum issue solved

Was experiencing a nasty high level hum with one of these mics which I solved by tightening the little screw beteween the pins of the XLR connection on the K6 power module. In fact I also tightened the other screw on the outside of the K6 chassis but I'm pretty sure it's the little one that was creating a grounding problem leading to the hum.
Just thought I'd let people know in case they encounter this problem and want a cheap, easy fix.

Came across your post as was having the very same problem with a used K6/ME66 I'd just bought! On mine it turned out to be the outer cross-head screw that just needed tightening. Phew!
