Studio DV Plus

I have JVCDVL100 I have Windows ME With Studio DV Plus installed by computer supplier Evesham.com four months ago.The film is captured and rendered OK but the video picture and sound are distorted. Without sound still distorted. I have been passed back & forth between Evesham & Pinnacle. I would be so grateful for your help

I suggest you post your question again in the 'Computer Video Magazine / Desktop Video - General' section. This 'FAST-Dazzle' section only deals with FAST-Dazzle products so I do not think anyone here will be able to answer your question about a Pinnacle product.
