[Ulead VideoStudio 10] Problem: Video Filter menu is gone, please help.

I have just started trying Ulead VideoStudio 10 and have a critical problem.

At first, I could play it normally. There are many library menus such as Video, Audio, Title and, of course, Video Filter.

But after I used for a day, without deletion of any files in program files folder, this menu was gone out and I can't call it back into the application.

I've checked the "vfx_plug" and "vft_plug" folders in application path and they do both still exist.

Could anyone help me please.
