I have tried for two days to get my DV Now Lite working with W2K each time I enable the fast driver and FF or Prem attempt to use it windows shuts down immediately!
Windows will not restart until I go into safe mode and disable the driver! 
If any one can help pleas do so, for the time being I think that I will have to return to W98SE because I have a video to edit for a customer & I have already lost two days with this.

i've been having the same problems with the card. i've tried everything, win 98 se, win me and win 2k. i don't suppose you are on a dell dimension 4100 are you?

No I'm not on a Dell
I have returned to Win98 & all is well. I do still wish to upgrade to w2k in the near future
