Now Prem. Pro. On the XP partition, will not playback smoothly. I have three HDD`s two I use for editing. One of them was badly fragmented and XP took three hours before I cancelled it. Win7 did it in about 2o min.
I think adding 4Gig ram to XP Pro.32bit might not have achieved anything. It probably only see 3.5Gig of all the ram while the 64bit will see it all.
As for defragmenting, search for Auslogics Disc Defrag. It's free and do the job in fraction of the time.

Premiere Pro 2 and its serial number are right at the bottom, or you could download the entire suite. There's really nothing to stop you as far as I can figure out.

I wonder if this is Adobe secretly trying out a new business model (which I notice that other software houses have been doing) by giving away your old software versions for free, thereby luring you into paying for the latest and greatest to get the most recent features?
Or maybe they're carefully monitoring the IP addresses of everyone who has downloaded CS2 in the past couple of weeks and comparing them to known licence holders - the only people who are legally allowed to download it - before writing the stern letter....
