Maintaining Aspect Ratio

I want to put together an extensive slide show using in excess of 250 slides. The easiest way to do this will be to use as application that has the facility to maintain aspect ratio. Can anybody advise on which apps have this function please.

They all should. Premiere 6 does, Cinestream does, I don't know about the others but it's a fundamental part of NLE, so they all should.

Thanks Alan.

I was hoping that something rather less pricey than Premier would have the function but since seeing P6 bundled with card for Â£225 inc VAT I don't think I'll bother searching much further.
Does anybody buy the boxed version of Premier for Â£600+ and if so why??
